Exchanges

  We offer exchanges only — no cash refunds. Return your item and place a new order once the exchange is accepted.

We have a 14-day exchange policy — you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

  To be eligible, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

  To start a return, email support@cinerigusa.com with your order number. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  Cage Compatibility

  Our cases are designed to fit specific camera bodies. Returns are not accepted for cage or accessory compatibility issues, as

  cage configurations vary widely and are outside our control. If you're unsure whether your rig will fit, email us before

  purchasing and we'll help you figure it out.

  Damages and Wrong Items

  Inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll make it right

  at no cost to you.

  Shipping Costs

  Return shipping is the customer's responsibility — unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged or defective, in which

  case we'll cover return shipping entirely.
