SHIPPING POLICY

All CineRig products are printed, packed, and shipped from the United States.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. During product drops or high-volume periods, processing may extend slightly.

U.S. SHIPPING

Free U.S. Shipping on orders $50+. Orders under $50 are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Typical delivery time is 5–7 business days once shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free Worldwide Shipping on orders $100+. International delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days. Import duties, VAT, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder or contact us.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date), and we will work with you to resolve it.
